Our Founder

Our founder, Joe Hainline, was a loving husband, father, and friend to many, as well as a man dedicated to improving public health through his work as a sanitarian and public health specialist. His vision for the foundation is best explained by his wife Darleen Hainline in this open letter.

Joe Hainline passed away on Dec 23, 2011, and worked on creating the Hainline Heritage Charitable Foundation in the last year of his life. His memorial website is located at joehainline.com.
